Abraham Munene
Position: Group Executive Director
Abraham Munene has been a member of the team since 2004. He has spearheaded a number of residential, commercial and hospitality development projects for the group. He also oversees the facility and property management side of the business.
Before joining the Group, Abraham began his career at Kenya Bankers Association where he occupied various roles in accounting, finance, operations and project delivery and oversite.
Abraham holds an MBA from Strathmore Business School, Bachelor of Science degree from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from United States International University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA K).
Dhruv Pandit
Position: Group Chief Executive Officer
Dhruv Pandit took over the position of Group CEO in 2005, following the families restructuring of affairs, joining the group in this capacity form his position of Managing Director at Akiba Bank which has provided invaluable experience at managing the financial components of projects and the daily operations of the firm.
Dhruv Holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from the London School of Economics and is an active member of YPO
Raj Pandit
Position: Group Chairman
Raj Pandit has played an active role in majority of Fedhas projects since its inception, notably the construction of Fedha Towers as the flagship building of East African Building Society where he served with distinction as Managing Director for over 25 years. In 2005, Raj assumed the position of Group Chairman in a capacity which he still serves to date.
Raj is a CPA (K) by training form Strathmore Business school
